Rich and Poor

Tonight we were overwhelmed by the outpouring of friendship at birthday party in a nearby town. The house where the family lives is modest with only some parts painted. However, the food, hospitality, and friendship were overwhelming. I believe this is one of the richest times we've had while we've been in Mexico.

The narrow street out front was blocked off so that the kids could play soccer and ride bikes. Many new friendships were made as well. I had the opportunity to meet Aurelio, Hector, Max - all who are very curious for my being in Mexico. Going into that answer can only lead to John 3:16. I pray that the friendship we made will produce new fruit for Jesus.
